Lunch and Panel on Thriving after Harvey

In partnership with BakerRipley, the Alzheimer's Association is pleased to present National Perspectives on Dementia. This free two day symposium will feature national and local experts in dementia care.

 

Day one will provide health care professionals with engaging topics ranging from The Montessori Approach to Dementia Care to current trends in Alzheimer's Disease Research.

 

5.5 FREE Continuing Education Credits will be provided for both nurses and socials workers.

 

Day two of the symposium is designed for family caregivers. Attendees will have the opportunity to develop skills that will help them on their caregiving journey and connect with caregivers.

 

To ensure that all caregivers are able to benefit from this enriching experience, free on-site care will be available for their loved ones.
